A service is not delivered as agreed
A product is faulty or defective
Refunds are not available for:
Change of mind
Custom or made‑to‑order 3D prints
Design work already completed
We will, however, work with you to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

We aim to deliver all projects within agreed timeframes. Delays may occur due to:

Design revisions
We will communicate any delays and provide updated timelines.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Blue Gum Concepts provides engineering and design services based on client‑supplied information. We are not liable for:
Misuse of designs or products
Errors caused by inaccurate client data
Indirect or consequential loss
All designs and prototypes are provided “as is” and should be tested or verified before commercial use.

We may use third‑party providers (e.g., Squarespace, Microsoft, payment gateways). We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or data handling practices.
